The game features a multiplayer mode for competing against other players over a network.

CAVEATS

Use -t flag for terminal mode. Multiplayer requires a running server. The game theme may be considered controversial.

HISTORY

dopewars is based on Drug Wars, a game originally written by John E. Dell in 1984 for the TI-83 calculator. The Unix version was created by Ben Webb and has been actively maintained since the late 1990s.
